Landscape Lighting Repair & Maintenance
Florida sun, rain, lawn equipment, and burrowing critters all take a toll. We keep your system performing with one-time service calls and scheduled tune-up plans.
One operator. Same person designs, installs, and maintains your system. Not a subcontractor.
Custom design. Every plan is sketched on-site for your specific property.
Clean installs. Buried cable, hidden transformers, no exposed wiring.

How it works
- Diagnosis
We test each zone, measure transformer voltage under load, and inspect fixtures and cable connections for corrosion, physical damage, or moisture intrusion.
- Repair and replacement
We fix or swap out what's failing: faulty connections, cracked fixtures, chewed cables, seized lamp sockets. We carry common fixture styles and connectors on the truck.
- Re-aim and reprogram
After repairs, we walk the property at dusk to re-aim any fixtures that have shifted and update the timer schedule for the current season.
The combination of sandy soil, summer downpours, and active irrigation is hard on cable connections. The most common failure we find is water intrusion at wire connectors. We replace these with sealed, gel-filled connectors rated for direct-soil burial, which extends service intervals significantly.
Common questions
Do you service systems installed by other companies?
Yes. We service any low-voltage landscape lighting system regardless of who installed it. We may need to spend a bit more time on the initial diagnosis if we do not have records of the original installation.
How often should I schedule maintenance?
Once per year covers most systems. Twice-yearly is worth considering if your property has heavy tree coverage (leaves jam fixtures and block beams) or a lot of irrigation activity near cable runs.
What are your maintenance plan prices?
Plans are quoted based on system size. Most residential annual plans run between $150 and $350. Maintenance clients also receive priority scheduling for service calls between tune-ups.
