Services

Everything we do, in one place.

From the first walkthrough to the final fixture aim, including the maintenance calls that come after.

One operator. Same person designs, installs, and maintains your system. Not a subcontractor.

Custom design. Every plan is sketched on-site for your specific property.

Clean installs. Buried cable, hidden transformers, no exposed wiring.

THE DESIGN PROCESS

Custom Landscape Lighting Design

Every property is different. We start every project by walking your landscape at dusk to see what wants to be seen at night: architectural features, mature trees, patio focal points, walkways. The deliverable is a fixture-by-fixture plan, scaled to your budget.

  • On-site evening walkthrough
  • Fixture-by-fixture plan with locations and beam angles
  • Brass and composite fixture options for Florida weather
  • LED color temperature selection (2700K / 3000K)
  • Transformer sizing and zoning
THE INSTALLATION

Integrated Lighting Installation

Clean installations are the difference between a lighting system that looks built-in and one that looks added-on. We bury every cable, hide every transformer, and aim every fixture by hand.

  • Trenching and direct-burial low-voltage cable
  • Transformer mounting (concealed, weather-rated)
  • Fixture placement, securing, and final aiming
  • Photocell and astronomical-timer setup
  • Full system test before walkthrough
LIGHTING REFURBISHMENT

Lighting Refurbishment & System Upgrades

If you inherited a halogen system from a previous owner or installer, we can usually keep your existing cable runs and transformer locations and swap in modern LED fixtures at a fraction of a new install cost.

  • Halogen to LED fixture conversion
  • Smart-controller retrofit for older systems
  • Cable inspection and repair
  • Transformer upgrade for added zones
  • Fixture aesthetic refresh (matte black, antique brass, etc.)
SERVICE & CARE

Service & Troubleshooting

Florida sun, rain, lawn equipment, and burrowing critters all take a toll. We offer one-time service calls and seasonal tune-up plans to keep your system performing.

  • Annual or twice-yearly tune-ups
  • Bulb and fixture replacement
  • Cable repair and re-burial
  • Re-aiming after landscape growth
  • Transformer and timer service
OUTDOOR SPACES

Outdoor Living & Entertainment Lighting

Patios, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, pool decks. The lighting equivalent of a good dinner table: warm, controllable, and never harsh.

  • String-light planning and dedicated outlets
  • Step, riser, and railing integration
  • Hardscape wall washing
  • Pergola downlighting
  • Water feature illumination
SMART CONTROLS

Smart Lighting & Automation

For homeowners who want scene control and scheduling, we install app-driven low-voltage systems that dim, group, and respond to sunset times automatically.

  • App-based control (iOS / Android)
  • Scene presets (Entertain, Relax, Away)
  • Astronomical-timer scheduling
  • Voice assistant integration (where available)
  • Zone-based dimming
FAQs

Frequently asked questions.

Everything you need to know before booking your walkthrough.

How much does landscape lighting cost?
A typical starter install with 8 to 12 fixtures covering a front facade and walkway runs between $1,500 and $3,500. Full-property designs with smart control can range from $5,000 to $12,000+. Every quote is free and itemized, with no pressure to proceed.
How long does an installation take?
Most residential installs are a single day, 6–10 hours. Larger projects with multiple zones and extensive cable burial may span two days. We schedule start-to-finish: one crew, one visit.
Are LED fixtures better than halogen?
LED uses roughly 80% less power, lasts 5–10× longer, and holds color temperature consistently over its life. For new installs we recommend LED exclusively. We also retrofit existing halogen systems to LED, often reusing the same cable and transformer.
Do I need a permit for landscape lighting?
Low-voltage landscape lighting (typically 12V systems) does not require an electrical permit in most Florida municipalities. We verify local requirements before each project.
Can you convert my existing halogen system to LED?
In most cases, yes. We inspect your transformer, cable gauge, and fixture housing and give you a quote to swap fixtures and upgrade the driver. It's usually 30–60% less than a ground-up install.
How long do outdoor fixtures last in Florida's climate?
Brass and copper fixtures can last 20+ years with annual maintenance. Composite (high-density polyethylene) fixtures last 10–15 years and resist corrosion without polishing. We use both. The right choice depends on your budget and aesthetic goals.
What areas do you serve?
We cover Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Volusia (west), and Polk (north) counties, essentially a 45-mile radius from Casselberry. We occasionally travel for larger projects outside that zone; just ask.
Do you offer maintenance plans?
Yes. We offer annual and twice-yearly tune-up plans that include fixture re-aiming, bulb checks, cable inspection, timer reprogramming, and a written report. Maintenance clients get priority scheduling for service calls.
