Jorge Giraldo — Bright Arbor Lighting
How it works

Our approach, start to finish.

01

Evening Walkthrough

We walk your property at dusk, the only time that matters for lighting. We note what wants to be seen, what should recede, and where every cable will run.

02

Custom Design Plan

A fixture-by-fixture plan comes back within a few days: positions, beam angles, color temperature, transformer zones, and a full itemized quote.

03

Clean Installation

One crew, one visit. Cable buried, transformer mounted, fixtures aimed by hand. We leave the site cleaner than we found it.

04

Ongoing Care

Annual or twice-yearly tune-ups keep the system performing. Same technician, written report, priority scheduling for service calls.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions.

Everything you need to know before booking your walkthrough.

How much does landscape lighting cost?
A typical starter install with 8 to 12 fixtures covering a front facade and walkway runs between $1,500 and $3,500. Full-property designs with smart control can range from $5,000 to $12,000+. Every quote is free and itemized, with no pressure to proceed.
How long does an installation take?
Most residential installs are a single day, 6–10 hours. Larger projects with multiple zones and extensive cable burial may span two days. We schedule start-to-finish: one crew, one visit.
Are LED fixtures better than halogen?
LED uses roughly 80% less power, lasts 5–10× longer, and holds color temperature consistently over its life. For new installs we recommend LED exclusively. We also retrofit existing halogen systems to LED, often reusing the same cable and transformer.
Do I need a permit for landscape lighting?
Low-voltage landscape lighting (typically 12V systems) does not require an electrical permit in most Florida municipalities. We verify local requirements before each project.
Can you convert my existing halogen system to LED?
In most cases, yes. We inspect your transformer, cable gauge, and fixture housing and give you a quote to swap fixtures and upgrade the driver. It is usually 30–60% less than a ground-up install.
What areas do you serve?
We cover Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Volusia (west), and Polk (north) counties — essentially a 45-mile radius from Casselberry. We occasionally travel for larger projects outside that zone.
Do you offer maintenance plans?
Yes. Annual and twice-yearly tune-up plans include fixture re-aiming, bulb checks, cable inspection, timer reprogramming, and a written report. Maintenance clients get priority scheduling.
