Landscape Lighting Zone Control
Zone control means every area of your property runs on its own schedule, at its own brightness. Front yard stays on all night. Pool shuts off at midnight. Pathway dims after 10 PM. All of it without compromise.
One operator. Same person designs, installs, and maintains your system. Not a subcontractor.
Custom design. Every plan is sketched on-site for your specific property.
Clean installs. Buried cable, hidden transformers, no exposed wiring.
What Zone Control Lets You Do
- Set different on and off times for each zone without affecting the others
- Dim each zone independently — front at 100%, pathway at 40%, pool at 70%
- Override any zone from the app without changing the underlying schedule
- Include or exclude individual zones from each scene
- Isolate a zone for troubleshooting without shutting down the entire system
How Many Zones Do You Need?
Most residential properties benefit from three to six zones. A common layout separates the front yard, driveway, side yards, pool or patio, rear garden, and pathway lighting. More complex properties with multiple distinct areas can support additional zones. We design your zone layout during the consultation based on your property and how you use the outdoor space.
Florida properties with pools and outdoor living areas use their exterior spaces year-round. Zone control is what makes that practical — pool and patio lighting can run on an entertaining schedule while front and side yard lighting follows a security schedule, all from the same transformer, without one affecting the other.
