Landscape Lighting App Integration Setup
A smart transformer that isn’t connected to your network or configured in an app is just an expensive timer. We complete the setup so every control works from day one.
One operator. Same person designs, installs, and maintains your system. Not a subcontractor.
Custom design. Every plan is sketched on-site for your specific property.
Clean installs. Buried cable, hidden transformers, no exposed wiring.
What We Configure During Setup
- Connect the smart transformer to your home WiFi network with a stable, verified connection
- Download and authenticate the manufacturer’s app on your phone and any additional devices
- Name each zone in the app to match how you naturally think about your outdoor spaces
- Verify schedules, dimming settings, and override controls all function correctly from the app
- Link the system to Alexa, Google Home, or Apple HomeKit if voice control is wanted
Setup for Existing Smart Controllers
Many smart transformers are installed but never fully configured. The hardware is capable of WiFi control and astronomical timing, but it was set up as a basic timer because the app integration was skipped. In these cases, we complete the configuration without any hardware replacement. We connect the controller, set up your app access, name your zones, and program your schedules — leaving you with a fully functional smart system on existing hardware.
A surprising number of smart-capable transformers in Florida were installed and configured only as basic timers. The contractor completed the wiring but skipped the WiFi setup. If your transformer has a screen or buttons labeled with “wifi” or “app” and you’ve never connected it, a setup visit may be all you need to unlock full remote control without any hardware cost.
